Cazalea

A very nice blue.

After walking on the hot hillside We drove south a couple miles, in and out of private roads, trying to find a way to the edge of the cool lagoon. This was the best we could do. A fat hummingbird greeted me as I started out on the trail. We read this sign and stayed alert. The trail was mostly level

Yesterday we decided to risk a wilderness adventure, on terrain we'd never explored before. Our trip involved two hikes and this photo is an overview of Number 1. We took a break from reporting to go to a garden party ... now I am back and finishing the report! Enjoy a photo of the Presidio at long range (which we never actually reached today): We were relatively close, if we were birds... We took the left fork and that took us away from the Presidio. BTW we
